What does a membership include?
All carrier memberships include a listing in our Carrier Directory, full Load Board Access, and truck posting privileges to the Truck Board. Your Carrier Profile will be searchable by fleet type, location, cargo carried and more. Carrier Profiles include detailed company information including fleet, trucks available, primary equipment, website links, logo upload, insurance information, etc. The Carrier Directory listing can help your trucking or owner-operator company gain new business 24/7 everyday.

How often is the load board updated?
Load board information is updated in real-time and filled or expired loads are removed immediately. With CarrierCentral.com you can be assured only new, active loads on our load board.

How secure is your billing system?
At CarrierCentral.com we take your security very seriously. When creating a membership via our secure server, your credit card or debit card and name and address are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 256 Bit encryption technology. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers, and is PCI compliant.

Who will see my profile?
We have two levels of Carrier Profiles, Private and Premium. Private listings are only seen by registered shipper users. Premium listings are seen by all users of CarrierCentral and will be indexed by Google and other search engines as part of our site. Premium Profiles are designed to attract new business for your company.

Are memberships recurring billing?
Yes. All memberships are recurring billing. There is no contract, and you can cancel at any time.

I only want to signup for one month/year, how do I do it?
Signup for a membership, then cancel prior to your next billing date.

How do I cancel?
To cancel:
1) Login to your account
2) Click on "My Account and Billing"
3) Click on "Cancel Subscription"
4) Follow the prompts
